Saar Barad possess over 27 years’ experience in construction, development and Real Estate conventional and private money mortgage loans. Saar’s started 27 years ago as construction superintendent managing apartment buildings projects from ground up and continues his real estate studies as Mortgage lender. His knowledge and experience starting from field construction up to project management and Commercial financing analysis is vital to the success of our ventures. Saar served as VP at Harrison Development in charge of feasibility analysis of commercial development and as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Overland Financial.
